Manual adjustment mode
The manual mode is provided to carry out adjustments
that can not be done through the RS232 input of the
projector, or when the projector is not a member of the
BARCO digitally controlled projector family.
After pressing the
<ENTER>
key in the 'Start adjust'
menu, the deviations of the red, green and blue light
outputs relative to the corresponding reference values
will be displayed on the LCD display of the ACTAS
Control Unit.

Press the
<ENTER>
key to toggle between the low
and high light.
u
Adjust manually on the projector the Red, Green and
Blue light output so that the sign '#' is moved to the '0'
position.
u
Press the
<ENTER>
key to repeat the manual adjust-
ments or press the
<EXIT>
key to return when
finishing manual adjustments on the projector.
Note : When the selected reference kind is "G2", even in
the auto adjustment mode, you have to adjust
manually the "G2" potentiometers so that the sign
'#' is moved to the '0' position, since the "G2"
adjustment is not done by digitally controlled
potentiometers.

Selecting a reference kind
There are four reference kinds to be chosen : 4 C Temp,
C Temp, G2, and Custom. In the "Select setup" menu,
press the
<ADJUST>
key to switch from the 'Select
setup' mode to the 'Edit Setup' mode.

' keys to move to the 'Ref kind' menu.

Press the
<ADJUST>
key to enter the edit mode.

Use the '

' keys to select the desired
reference kind: 4 C Temp, C Temp, G2, and Custom.

key to save the changes. A
message will be displayed to report the saving pro-
cess. If the
<EXIT>
key is pressed, the changes will
be discarded. A message will be displayed to report
the reverting process.
'Custom' as the Reference kind
The 'Custom' kind is used for adjustments relative to a
reference to be provided by the user. It takes 2 sets of
references for both the low and high light output values
as shown in Page 2-9 : Low Red, Green and Blue; High
Red, Green and Blue.
