Equipment Setup
Steps
S1-S9
describe the
equipment setup
procedure. When carrying out multiple
tests, the earth and power supply connections must always remain intact. The HV
test lead must be reconnected before each subsequent test (i.e. repeat procedure
as of step S3).

All procedures must comply with local safety regulations.

Before operating the HVA, equipment setup procedure must be completed!
•
Cables must be connected in the proper sequence!
•
Before turning on the power supply and before activating the HVA, verify that
all system elements are properly grounded!
