Overload Check

Connect 50 ml OPS syringe filled with water (drawn up to 25
to 30 ml) via infusion line to vented pressure gauge.

Insert syringe and start overload check via menu

Overload Test

Overload check is started with a force of 50 % and can be
modified in 5 % increments up to 1.6 bar. If an open positive
locking sensor is detected, the drive is defective and cannot
be repaired and must be replaced.
