Detector
•
A tapered orifice is installed in a flow channel to generate a
differential pressure between the upstream section and the orifice.
•
Detects differential pressure and static pressure
Converter
•
Performs calculation by using the values of detected differential
pressure, static pressure, and ambient temperature and converts
them into instantaneous flow rate values.
•
Outputs an instantaneous flow-rate value as an analog or digital
signal to the control units.
Terminal board
• Accommodates an output terminal block.
• Accommodates a power supply unit.
• A fuse is provided.
Main board
•
Indicates calculated results of instantaneous flow-rate values and
cumulative values.
•
Allows the user to set or alter the flow meter functions by using the
seven buttons equipped on the panel.

•
