Adding Notes

Notes can be added that will be saved when the new
stimulation settings are saved. To add a note, press the
note icon

that is to the left of the “Set
Device Therapy” button. This will open the
Therapy
Note
screen.
On the
Therapy Note
screen, press the text field

to
type notes. After entering notes, press “Save Note” to
exit and save the note

. To delete the note and
start over, press “Clear” (

Note:
The notes section is limited to 300 characters.
To exit without saving the note, press “Cancel” to return
to the
Programming
screen (

Saved notes can be viewed by pressing the notes icon in
the “Therapy History” tab on the
Patient Device
screen.
