Create a new port
. In the dropdown list, select
Standard TCP/IP Port
. Click
Next

Enter the IP address (or host name) of the print server in the field
Hostname or IP Address.
(Example:
192.168.0.90)
The
Port name
will be filled in automatically when you enter the IP address, optionally, add the
port you want to use as a suffix.
(Example: 192.168.0.90_USB1)
Ensure that
Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use
is selected and click
Next
.
6.
If you have a multiport print server you will be prompted for
Additional Port Information
. Select the port to
which the printer is connected.
(Example: USB1)
Click
Next
