4.5.5 WMM
This page allows configuration of the Wi-Fi Multimedia QoS. Wi-Fi Multimedia Quality of Service (WMM QoS)
prioritizes voice and video data traffic over the WLAN
In the WMM Support field, select On to enable wireless multimedia.
WMM support helps with various types of traffic such as voice, video, and background services.
No Acknowledgement: This is a feature that improves the accuracy of the transmitted data. This option is
generally only necessary if there are many other WiFi networks in the same area.
Power Save Support: The purpose of this setting is for the router to queue the data while your mobile
devices are in power save mode. The purpose is to conserve battery power for devices that rely on battery
power.
4.5.6 Bridging
This page allows configuration of WDS features (Wireless Distribution System).
With the help of a wireless distribution system, WLANs can be expanded by wirelessly connecting WLAN access
points and covering larger areas without the need for a cable connection between the access points.
In the Wireless Bridging selection box, select Enabled.
Enter the WLAN MAC address of the devices as Remote Bridges.
You can enter up to 4 bridges
