Specifying the Connection Speed
The connection speed value is used to throttle the video stream based on the available bandwidth,
which allows the system to optimize its operation.
To specify the connection speed:
1. Select Tools - Options from the Video Viewer menu. The Session Options dialog box appears.
2. Click the Connection Speed tab.
