FRITZ!Card PnP on the ISDN Connection
When your ISDN connection is installed, your ISDN network op-
erator first installs a so-called network terminator (NT). A network
terminator is equipped with two ISDN sockets. Each of these ISDN
sockets is an external S

interface.
IIIIIn most cases, an ISDN PBX with analog extensions is connected
to one ISDN socket and a digital terminal device is connected to
the second ISDN socket. Existing analog terminal equipment such
as telephones, cordless telephones, answering machines and
Group 3 fax machines are connected to the extensions of the
PBX. The connected devices are addressed by way of multiple
subscriber numbers (MSN). Each ISDN connection has at least
