How to remove the jammed paper in the fuser 

 

1.

 

Open the Side Door. Release the fuser by pressing down two lock hooks on 
both sides as shown.   

             

 

 

2.

 

Open the fuser cover by pressing down two lock tabs on the top. Gently 
remove the jammed paper.   

                 

 

 

3.

 

After the jammed paper has been removed, close the fuser cover. A snap-in 
sound will be heared.
