1.3.3 NV 5000 DVR Hardware Installation 

1.3.3.1 Installing One AVerMedia DVR Video Capture Card 

 

Before installing the video card, turn off the computer’s 
power, unplug the power cable and disconnect all other 
cables attached to the back of the computer. 

Please follow the steps to install the video capture card. 

1.  Remove the PC case cover. 
2.  Remove a bracket for the PCI expansion slot. Save the screw. 
3.  Insert the Video Capture Card into the available PCI slot and fix it. 
4.  The lower-right picture is the back panel of the Video Capture 

card.
