Overview
Mailbox
Your electronic mailbox stores your messages, password, and personalized
greeting.
Password
Your password provides security for your mailbox and its contents. All your
interactions with the HMS 400 system are private and confidential.
Prompts
The HMS 400 guides you with audible prompts at each step. The prompts tell
you what to do next, or what options are available, so that you do not have to
remember every step. To interrupt a prompt or a message, press the

key or
the option key for the next step (if one is available).
