Sending a message using Express Messaging
To send a message to anyone from any telephone without directly calling that
person, complete this procedure.
Prerequisites

Contact your administrator to obtain the number to dial.

Dial the predefined Express Messaging Phantom number or ACD queue
number.

Enter the destination guest room or admin extension number.
The system ptompts you to leave a message after the tone.
