3. Perform the following steps:
a. Remove the new hard drive from the antistatic bag and slide the hard
drive part way into the drive socket.
b. Using a nonmetallic object, such as a pencil, slide a fiber washer
between the drive and the motherboard roughly aligning it with one of
the four mounting holes.
c. Hold the hard drive against the motherboard with one hand and turn the
board over to access the mounting hole.
d. Use the nonmetallic object to align the fiber washer with the mounting
hole.
