Inspect the axle flange nuts. If any axle flange

nuts or wheel lug nuts are missing, replace

them. Torque 5/8” axle flange nuts 190 (+/-10)

lb ft (258 N•m). Torque 3/4” axle flange nuts

275 (+/-25) lb ft (373 N•m). Torque wheel lug

nuts to 450 lb ft (610 N•m

Brake System

Air Dryer

• Replace the air dryer desiccant (Refer to

manufacturer’s recommendation).

Slack Adjusters

• Inspect the slack adjuster operation,

mounting and adjustment.

Hydraulic and Power Steering System

Hydraulic and Power Steering Reservoir

• Drain and replace hydraulic oil.

• Replace hydraulic filter.
