Schematic Diagram of Flooded-type Double-head Screw Unit System:
Cooling cycle:
compressor sucks low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant from evaporator into
compressor and discharges them into oil/gas separator after compressing them into
high-temperature high-pressure gas; in oil separator, oil carried by high-pressure gas is
filtered, remained in oil separator and then it returns to compressor through oil return pipeline;
the filtered high-pressure gas comes into condenser; in condenser, high-temperature
high-pressure refrigerant gas exchanges heat with cooling water in pipeline, condenses into
high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant liquid after transferring heat to cooling water, and
comes into evaporator after being throttled, cooled and depressurized by orifice plate or
electronic expansion valve; gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant coming into evaporator totally
evaporates in evaporator to cool down refrigeration water; vapor from evaporator is sucked
and compressed by compressor again. It cycles continuously in this way. Cooled refrigeration
water is sent by pipeline to end equipment, creating comfortable living and working
environment.
