When installing water pipe, it’s recommended to reserve space between water pipe and
connecting pipe to install damping rubber connecting pipe, and to provide suitable
construction and adjustment space after unit arrives at site.

To ensure normal working of electrical elements, don’t put unit at places with dust, filth and
much corrosive fume that must be corrected if any.
1.2 Tools to be Prepared
Flexible joint, anti-vibration bolster, lifting equipment, lifting beam, lifting chain, lifting jack, skid,
underlay roll and crow bar
2 Installation of Unit
1. Before leaving factory, unit has been subjected to strict inspection and package to ensure
unit arrives at destination under normal conditions. Installers, handlers and lifting worker
should protect unit, prevent damaging unit due to rough operation and especially pay
attention to preventing refrigerant leaking due to impact on angle valve and pipeline.
2. Unit should be moved horizontally with gradient no more than 30°. It’s allowed to use crane.
When using crane, it’s required to use bottom lug hole. Contact part between sling and unit
should be separated with support. It’s necessary to ensure sling can stand weight of the
whole unit, otherwise, unit will be damaged or serious physical injury will be caused. Don’t lift
or move unit with forklift.
3. If vertical lifting conditions are or available, horizontal rolling method can be used. In other
words, prop up both ends with lifting jack to a certain height, put underlay roll under skid
support of unit, and remove skid after rolling unit into proper position. When moving unit with
horizontal rolling method, it’s only allowed to apply force on unit frame or skid.
4. After unit is put into proper position, remove skid, adjust levelness with spirit level and fix
footing of unit on foundation with anchor bolt. It’s recommended to put anti-vibration flexible
pad with thickness of 15~20mm between footing of unit and foundation.
5. When unit is put into proper position, put anti-vibration flexible pad under unit, and adjust
levelness of unit within a range of 2mm per meter. Unit should be leveled with gasket of
