Manually reset and set flow feedback of refrigeration water pump.
Flow Protection of Cooling Water Pump
Prerequisites for flow protection of cooling water pump:
①
After cooling water pump operates for 30S in case of set operation or power-on initial startup;
②
ON/OFF state reflected by flow of refrigeration water pump is OFF state;
③
Abnormal tie delay of water flow
reaches 5S;
Conditions for exiting flow protection of cooling water pump:
Manually reset and set flow feedback of cooling water pump.
High Pressure Protection
Prerequisites for high pressure protection:
①
Unit is under operation or standby state;
②
Pressure of high pressure sensor is higher than [set value of overhigh protection for high
pressure] maintenance (second-class);
③
Abnormal time delay reaches
3s;
Conditions for exiting high pressure protection:
Manually reset and lock it after three times of accumulated protection within 48 hours.
Temperature Difference Protection of Insufficient Water Flow
Prerequisites for temperature difference protection of insufficient water flow:
①
Unit is under operation state;
②
Inlet and outlet water temperature difference of condenser is no less than 8
℃
and abnormal
time delay reaches 1min.
Press “shutdown due to serious failure” to enter into standby state after entering into
temperature difference protection of insufficient water flow.
Conditions for exiting temperature difference protection of insufficient water flow:
Manually reset and lock (password is controlled by maintenance personnel) it after three
times of accumulated protection within 48 hours.
