Flow switch must be installed on a section of straight pipeline and there should be at
least straight line travel five times of pipe diameter at both sides. (see the diagram
below)

Water filter of 16~40 meshes must be installed in front of inlet pipeline of unit.

Water pipeline of system should be flushed before connecting unit to prevent filth damaging unit.

Water chamber is designed to stand water pressure of 1.0Mpa. Don’t use it under excessive
pressure to prevent damaging evaporator and condenser.
3.2 Pipeline Connection of Condenser

Pipeline system of cooling water must be connected with outlet water pipeline of cooling tower
after it is connected with anti-vibration flexible joint, thermometer, pressure gauge, drain
valve, stop valve, water filter, check valve and target-type flow controller.

Water supply pipeline should be as short as possible. Specification of pipeline should be
determined by effective lift of water pump, flow and flow rate of pipeline, rather than
specification of joint.

Drainage and discharge joints are installed at sealing end of condenser and sealed with screw
plug. Screw plug should be replaced with (1/4NPT discharge and 1/2NPT drainage) ball
Note: It’s strictly prohibited to connect pipeline with unit before thoroughly
flushing the pipeline.
