Conference Calls
Important:
To use this function on ISDN and system phones, the
function must be supported via a function key or via the menu by the
respective phone (optional, see manual for the phone).
Note:
You also can use this function this function on analogue phones,
where it can be performed via the T-Net function key/menu (optional, see
manual for the phone).
Connecting Both Conference Call Partners
If you want to leave a conference call that you initiated yourself and your
conference call partners want to continue talking with each other, you can
connect both parties.
Requirements:

A conference call that you initiated yourself
•
To connect two external communication partners, the following is
required: Authorisation
Transfert d’appels externes vers l’extérieur

During a conference call, proceed as follows:
1. Press the
Flash key
or the
Query key
.
2. Dial

.
3. Hang up the receiver.
Both conference call partners are connected with each other.
