Auto Attendant
Auto-attendant (AA) is a PBX feature that enables a caller to select which of the extensions
are to be reached. Upon receiving an incoming call, the system plays a short
announcement and the caller responds with DTMF digits.
Fully featured AA systems (normally part of PBX systems), support complex operations
such as multiple AA levels, different definitions for working and non-working hours,
interaction with Voicemail and more. Currently only basic AA features are implemented for
residential and SOHO use.
