6.10 Making a New Call Even Though a Call is Coming in
You can make a new call even though a call is coming in, typically necessary when it is more
important and more pressing to make a new call than to accept the incoming call.
6.11 Troubleshooting
When connectivity issues occur, the HRS sends messages that allow the network administrator to
deploy, monitor and manage the HRS efficiently.
When the speaker (for example) is disconnected:
An alarm is sent to the IP Phone Manager Pro informing the enterprise's network
administrator that an issue related to speaker connectivity has occurred. (Calls can only be
made using the handset; the AC-HRS device's integral speaker is disabled).
An alarm is displayed on the AC-HRS device screen notifying conference participants in the
huddle room
Alarms help the network administrator identify problems and fix them rapidly.
