Operation Overview
1)
Under Sleep Mode,
press
any button to wake the screen.

Press and hold
to open the menu,
press
or
to select or edit, when
done,
press
to confirm.

Select
[Back] to cancel and return to the previous page.
4)
Select
[Save] to save and return to the previous page.

Set up

Turn-Off (min): Set up the time for the console to enter Sleep Mode. You can choose
from 1 to 5 minutes.
⚫
Heart Rate Device: If you would like to connect your device via ANT+ or Bluetooth®.
(Bluethooth4.0) Please connect according to the instruction of your heart rate device.
