Test Data
– this is the “meat” of the datafile. In this section, each row is one data point, and each column is a
piece of data such as cabinet setpoint, cabinet actual temperature, and so on.
Since the time frame for
taking a data point is set by
the user, each row will reflect
that time period. In the case
of this example, it is easy to
see that the data is taken every
minute.
The columns with data are the
following.
1. DATE
- date this data point was written
2. TIME
- time that this data point was written
3. CHAM TEMP
- actual cabinet temperature
4. CHAM S P
- cabinet temperature setpoint.
5. BT TEMP
- bubble tower actual temperature
6. BT S P
- Bubble tower setpoint
7. LAB TEMP
- laboratory temperature.
8. RH
- relative humidity reading (optional)
9. RH S P
- relative humidity setpoint (optional)
10. BT OUT PRES
- bubble tower output pressure
11. IMM TEMP
- immersion reservoir temperature (optional)
12. IMM S P
- immersion reservoir setpoint (optional)
13. WET BULB TEMP
- wet bulb temperature, actual (optional)
14. JACKET TEMP
- air jacket temperature, actual (optional)
15. RTD #7
- actual temperature for RTD #7 (optional)
16. RTD #8
- actual temperature for RTD #8 (optional)
17. BT IN PRES
- bubble tower temperature input pressure (optional)
18. BT FLOW
- air flow for compressed air into the bubble tower (optional)
19. TEST NAME & STATUS
- name of the test being run, and the status of this test
20. CURRENT STEP
- the current step number of the test that is being run
21. NEXT STEP
- the number of the next step to be run in the test profile
22. STEP TIME
- length of time for which this step is set to be run
23. TIME REMAIN
- the length of time that is left to run for this step
24. FAULT STATUS
- message showing any fault at the time of the data point
25. NOTE PAD
- any note that the user typed into the graphing page
26. EVENT
- the condition (i.e. salt fog, dry, etc.) that was running during this data point
27. GOTO STEP
- the next step that is to be performed after the current one. A 0 means that it
will just go to the next step.
28. TOTAL LOOPS
- the number of loops this step is to be repeated
