MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
ATTENZIONE:
SULL’APPARECCHIO PUÒ INTERVENIRE
SOLO IL PERSONALE ADDETTO ALLA
MANUTENZIONE E PRECEDENTEMENTE
ADDESTRATO.
SOSTITUZIONE GRUPPO VENTILANTE:
ATTENZIONE:
IL MOTORE HA PARTI AD ALTA
TEMPERATURA, PERICOLO DI
SCOTTATURA.
Nei casi si presenti la necessità di sostituire il
gruppo ventilante agire nel modo seguente:
1) togliere la tensione elettrica agendo
sull’apposito interruttore.
2) scollegare i cavi motore dalla morsettiera
posta sul lato o dalla scatola comando.
3) indossare guanti di protezione.
4) svitare le viti frontali del pannello
d’ispezione ed estrarlo.
5) sfilare i cavi dal fianco dell’apparecchio.
6) svitare le viti laterali di fissaggio del
ventilatore
7) sfilare il gruppo ventilatore/motore
prendendo con le mani la piastra di supporto
motore.
Per il montaggio ripetere a ritroso le operazioni
descritte nei punti precedenti.

IN CHARGE FOR MAINTENANCE AND
PREVIOUSLY TRAINED.
SUBSTITUTION OF THE FAN MOTOR
GROUP:
ATTENTION:
SOME PARTS OF THE MOTOR HAVE HIGH
TEMPERATURE - DANGER OF BURNINGS.
In case there will be the necessity to substitute
the fan motor group, act as follows:
1) switch off the electrical voltage by acting on
the relevant switch.
2) disconnect the motor cables from the
terminal board fitted on the lateral side or from
the control box.
3) Wear protection glasses.
4) unscrew the front fixing screws of the
inspection panel and lift it off.
5) lift off the cables from the side of the unit
6) unscrew the fixing lateral screws of the fan
7) lift off the fan motor group taking with the
hands the motor support plate.
For the refitting, repeat on the contrary the
above mentioned operations.
