La manutenzione ordinaria si divide in:
A - pulizia del filtro rigenerabile (se presente).
B - controllo della batteria di scambio termico.
C - controllo dello scarico condensa.
D - controllo dell’elettroventilatore.
E - spurgo dell’impianto.
A - Pulizia del filtro (se presente)
Se l’unità é installata in ambiente polveroso, la
pulizia del filtro deve essere fatta ogni mese.
In ogni caso si deve provvedere ad una
sostituzione, o al lavaggio, all’inizio di ogni
stagione.
Rimuovere il filtro come segue:
1) Svitare le viti frontali del pannello
d’ispezione ed estrarlo.
2) Sfilare il filtro dal fronte dell’apparecchio.
Per la pulizia del filtro procedere come segue:
1) utilizzare un aspirapolvere dal lato
d’ingresso dell’aria oppure percuoterlo
leggermente.
2) utilizzare un getto di aria compressa a
bassa pressione soffiando nel verso opposto a
quello di aspirazione dell’aria.
3) utilizzare dell’acqua corrente non bollente.
Qualora la pulizia non fosse sufficiente,
sostituire il filtro con uno nuovo.
Per rimontare il filtro ripetere a ritroso i punti
precedenti.
Non disperdere nell’ambiente il filtro
deteriorato ma smaltirlo presso gli appositi enti
e secondo le normative vigenti.
ATTENZIONE:
RIMONTARE SEMPRE IL FILTRO DOPO LA
SUA PULIZIA. E’ VIETATO FAR
FUNZIONARE L’APPARECCHIO SENZA
CHE IL FILTRO SIA CORRETTAMENTE
MONTATO.
B - Controllo della batteria di scambio
termico.
Prima di interventi sulla batteria occorre:
1) chiudere il rubinetto dell’acqua di rete.

B - check of the exchanger.
C - check of the condensate drainage.
D - check of the fan motor group.
E - dredge of the plant.
A – Cleaning of the filter (if any)
If the unit is installed in a dusty room, the
cleaning of the filter must be effected every
month. In any case, at the beginning of each
season, filters must be washed or substituted.
Remove the filter as follows:
1) Unscrew the front fixing screws of the
inspection panel and lift it off.
2) Remove the filter from the front of the unit.
For the cleaning of the filter, proceed as
follows:
1) use a vacuum cleaner from the air inlet side
or moving it lightly.
2) use a low pressure air throw by blowing
towards the opposite side of the air inlet.
3) use running water (not hot).
If the cleaning is not enough, substitute the
filter with a new one.
To reinstall the filter, repeat the previous
starting from point 3.
Do not waste in the environment the dirty filter
but dispose it by proper sites and according to
the rules in force.
ATTENTION:
REINSTALL ALWAYS THE FILTER AFTER
THE CLEANING. IT IS FORBIDDEN THE
RUNNING OF THE UNIT IF THE FILTER IS
NOT CORRECTLY INSTALLED.
B - Check of the exchanger.
Before acting on the exchanger, it is
necessary:
1) to close the net water tap.
