und auf geeigneten Hölzern ablegen.

Senkrechte bringen.
Beim Typ HL werden vor dem
Aufstellen der Säulen noch die
Säulenerhöhungen montiert.
Säule
an den Markierungen
ausrichten bevor mit dem Verdübeln
begonnen wird.
First take the control post and put it
on suitable lumbers. Fix the belt
below the top plate and raise the post
in vertical position.
At the type HL are still mounted the
post extensions before positioning
the post.
Adjust the post on the marks before
starting to dowel.
Säule durch Verdübeln so sichern,
dass sie nicht mehr umgestoßen
werden kann. Die Bohrungen für die
Dübel können direkt durch die Löcher
der Grundplatte der Säule erstellt
werden.
Eine separate
Bohrschablone ist somit nicht
erforderlich. Bohrerdurchmesser und
Bohrlochtiefe sind entsprechend den
Dübeln festzulegen. Damit die Säule
später,
falls erforderlich, noch
ausgerichtes werden kann, soll das
Gewinde oben ca. 10 mm über die
Mutter herausragen. ! Datenblatt der
Dübel unbedingt beachten !
Anschließend kann auf die gleiche
Weise die 2. Säule vorbereitet bzw.
zusammengebaut
und aufgestellt
werden. Die Säule wird entsprechend
der vorhandenen Linie und des für
die Bühne gültigen Abstandsmaßes
ausgerichtet.
Es
ist empfehlenswert, durch
Anlegen des Überfahrbleches bzw.
der Quertraverse am Boden den
Abstand
vor dem Verdübeln
zusätzlich zu kontrollieren.
Secure the post by dowelling so that
it can´t be knocked over. The borings
for the anchors can be made directly
through the holes in the ground plate
of the post. A separate boring
template is therefore not needed.
The diameter of the borer and teh
depth of the borehole are to be
determined according to the anchors.
That the post can be adjusted
lateron, if needed, the thread should
stick out above appr. 10mm over the
nut.
! The data sheet oft he anchors has
absolutely to be considered !
Following the second post can be
mounted and positioned in the same
way. The post can be positioned
according to the existing line and the
distance dimension which is valid for
the lift.
It is recommendable to check the
distance additionally by attaching the
cover
sheet respectively the
transverse traverse on the ground
before dowelling.
