3.3 Montage der Säulen
Standort der Bühne festlegen und
dann mittels einer Linie auf dem
Boden die genaue Lage der Säulen
bestimmen.
Aufgrund der
symetrischen Säulenanordnung kann
festgelegt werden, auf welcher Seite
sich die Bediensäule befindet,
unabhängig von der Auffahrtrichtung.
Die
Abstandsmaße der beiden
Säulen sind in den Zeichnungen auf
Seite 7 bzw. 8 angegeben und
werden an den Aussenkanten der
Grundplatte ermittelt.
Maß für Typ H: 3440 mm
Maß für Typ HL: 3490 mm
Beim Entnehmen der Säulen aus
dem Transportrahmen ist darauf zu
achten, dass durch die Seile oder
Gurte keine außenliegenden Teile
der Hebebühne beschädigt werden.
Schrauben, die im Bereich der
Kopfplatte den Transportrahmen
sichern, müssen wieder zur
Befestigung der Kopfplatten
verwendet werden.
3.3
Installation of the posts
Determine selected site of the lift and
then determine with a line on the
floor the exact position of the posts.
Due to the symmetric position of the
posts it can be determined, on which
side is the control post, independing
from the direction of drive-on. The
distance dimension of both posts are
to be seen in the drawings on page 7
respectively 8 and are to be
determined on the outer edge of the
baseplate.
Dimension for type H: 3440 mm
Dimension for type HL: 3490 mm
During unpacking the posts from the
transport
frame it has to be
considered that there is no damaging
of the outside parts through the ropes
or belts.
Belts,
which are securing the
transport frame on the top plate must
be taken again for fixing the top
plate.
