12.1 CONTACT SUPPORT
The tool has the ability to email technical directly from the Contact Support function. The technical support phone
number and hours are also available here.
NOTE: This function requires that an email account is setup. If you have
not setup an email account, See Section 11.1: Setting Up Email.

First, select Contact Support from
the Support menu.
The tool will display a screen where you
can enter a subject and message for your
support email.
NOTE: email address and
phone number shown here are examples.
See the tool for current information.
Select the subject and message
sections to enter your support
question using the keyboard.

Once all information is entered,
select Email.
A support email will be generated with
your subject and message. As well as
your tool’s information to help the
support team.

Once ready, select the small paper
airplane icon at the top right to send
the support email.
