Using the SunEye
The SunEye Extension Kit
Align Touch Screen
• Use this to realign the touch screen if the touch screen appears to respond to clicks offset from
where you touch.
• When performing a touch screen alignment, use the stylus or a pointed (but not sharp) implement.
It is important to hit the targets accurately and to not slide off the targets. The procedure will re-
peat until a set of valid touch points have been recorded.
Set Date and Time
Use this to set the current date, time, and time zone.
N O T E
This is a key set-up parameter. Location, time zone, orientation, and even skyline editing can be
changed later. However, the date, and time must be entered correctly initially.

Use this to get information about the SunEye, including software version, Operating System
(OS) Version, and battery level.
The SunEye Extension Kit
Overview
With the SunEye Extension Kit, operators can now use the SunEye up to 17.7 feet (5.4 meters)
above the ground, enabling accurate measurements of hard-to-reach places without needing to
use a ladder. The SunEye Extension Kit consists of a telescoping pole with a mounting plate at
the top to hold the SunEye 210 securely.
