Removable components
You may need to remove previously installed system components when installing or removing
system devices, or when you need to replace defective components. This section tells how to
remove the Redundant power supply module.
2.7.1
Redundant power supply module
To install the redundant power supply module:
1.
Locate the redundant power supply you want to remove on the rear panel of your
chassis. Move the handle on it upward.
2.
Press the latch to the left and pull the power supply module out of the system chassis.
3.
Insert the replacement power supply module into the chassis. You will hear a sound
when the power supply module is secured in place.
