2.6.1 

Installing an expansion card

The expansion cards, such as GPU cards are purchased separately

1. 

Before installing the expansion card, read the documentation that came with it and 

make the necessary hardware settings for the card.

2. 

Remove the GPU bar. Please refer to the section 

Air Duct

 for more information on 

removing the GPU bar.

3. 

Lay the system on its side on a flat, stable surface.

5. 

Remove the metal slot cover.

4. 

Release the screw(s) on the metal 
slot cover where you wish to install 

the expansion card.
