Three "Energy Saving" systems are available:

The Energy Saving features can only be enabled manu-
ally by selecting the machine or group icon, as shown
in the figure;

Energy saving functions are enabled according to
programming. In order change programming, contact
a Maintenance Technician.
SELF-LEARNING
The Energy Saving functions are enabled and in
self-learning mode, the system automatically manages
energy saving by lowering the temperature based on the
cycles performed in previous days and weeks.
To enable the "Energy Saving" system, press the
button and select the desired mode:

Autosteamer
6.8.1 Temperature adjustment
To program the temperature of the milk to be heated
see par. 8.4 on page 45. However, we recommend not
to exceed 60°C.
6.8.2 Milk foaming adjustment
For more or less foam, adjust the special regulator (

).
Turning it clockwise will decrease the consistency,
while turning it counter-clockwise will increase it.
