This is to indicate that it cannot test on 24V battery. In this case, if the truck consists of two 12V batteries then
test them individually (one at a time) Fig. 9 below.
Testing on stand-alone Batteries:
Clean the battery posts with a wire brush prior testing. For side post batteries, install stud adaptors. Do not use
steel bolts for better results.
1. Clamp the Analyser black clip to the battery negative terminal (-) and red clip to the battery positive
terminal (+). The Analyser LCD will light up with the wakeup screen (Fig.10).
2. When one of the Analyser clamps is not properly secured to the battery posts, it will prompt you as shown
below (Fig. 11 and 12 flashing alternately). In this case, unclamp and clamp the Analyser clips again on
the battery posts. Here the Analyser will ensure that its contacts are good before conducting a test.
3. If the contacts between the battery and the Analyser have no problem, then the Menu screen will display
as shown below (Fig.13):
Here, it will let you select your choice from the Menu:
