Water Diverter Valve
Access to the water diverter valve is achieved
from the rear of the unit in the same manner
as the circulation motor/pump and heater.
Ease the two tabs on both sides, out slightly
and pull down on the assembly. Disconnect
the three wire connector going to the terminal
block of the diverter.
Before installing the new diverter be sure to
install the “O” rings from the old one onto the
new one (see illustration) or the new unit will
leak.
Resistance reading between terminal 2-3
is 2,600 Ohms
