Problems
– Solutions
Settings can’t be saved after the
system is powered off.
- Make sure you have selected “store” after you changed the
settings. Some settings can’t be saved if “store” is not selected.
No image
- Check the connection between PC or video equipment
- Check with the signal from PC is correct. If connected to
certain laptops, the settings of their video adapters need to be
changed.You can refer to the operating instructions of the PC
for such modification.
- Images can show up only about 20 seconds after the projector
is powered on.
- Check the input signal, color system, video system or PC
system mode.
- Make sure that the temperature doesn’t exceed the permitted
operating temperature (41˚F–95˚F [5˚C–35˚C]).
- If non-displaying function is enabled, no image will appear on
the screen. You can then press the BLANK key or other
keys.
Ineffective power control
- When the system is standstill, or no-display function is enabled,
the power control is ineffective.
Ineffective icon selection
- Check the wiring and the signal of input source, and make sure
there is signal.
Ineffective automatic setting
- Make sure all functions in automatic setting are enabled.
- Make sure the function of ceiling is not enabled.
Distorted image or no image
- Check and adjust the PC menu or on-screen menu.
The PIN code dialog box popes up
in the startup process
- A PIN code is set for locking.
Remote control doesn’t work
- Check the battery.
- Make sure there is no obstacle between the projector and the
remote control.
- To use the remote control, keep it within 5 meters away from
the projector.
- Make sure the code of the remote control is consistent with the
projector.
- Unlock the key through the setup menu.
The indicator is illuminated or
flashes
- Check the state of the projector according to the indicator.
Exclamatory mark appears on the
screen
- Ineffective operation. You should operate the system correctly.
The side control panel doesn’t
work
- Unlock the keys on the side control panel through the item
“security” in the setup menu.
PIN code lock for startup
animation, key lock and PIN code
lock can’t be unlocked.
- Contact the local distributor or the repair center.
Warning:
Is operated with high voltage. Do not open its casing!
If the problem still exists after you take the aforesaid measures, you should contact the local distributor
or the repair center and tell the machine model. The projector will tell you how to handle the issue.
