Using the turnspit
In the “CONVECTIONAL OVEN” models, the turnspit can be used in combination
with the grill. After fitting the food on to the spit S, block it with the two forks
F. Then proceed as follows:
- Fit the knobs protection as shown in fig.10 (only for oven with thermostat
knob combined with commutator knob, see fig. A - B - C).
- Position the spit support as shown in fig.(11)
- Fit the end of the spit into the motor M at the back of the oven (fig.11).
- Fit the support into the circular groove in the spit.
- Unscrew and remove handle A.
- Place the oven tray with a little water on the lowest shelf of the oven.
- Turn the knob to position or to start up the motor.
- Close the oven door .
- When the cooking time is up, screw the handle on the spit and remove
everything from the oven. If necessary, use an oven glove to avoid any burn.
Note: for models with grill knob separated from the thermostat knob, close
the oven door and set the thermostat at 200° as max temperature.

Using the side rotisserie unit on fan-assisted and multifunction ovens.
- Place the chicken or meat cut to be roasted on the spit L, so that it is firmly held in place by the two prongs F, making sure it is
balanced to avoid excessive strain on the driving gear R (fig. 10A).
- Place the spit on the support G, after having inserted its opposite end in the hole P of the driving gear R (fig. 10A).
- Insert the support G completely inside the oven so that rod I goes inside hole H of the turnspit motor M (fig. 10B)
- Position the dripping pan, with some water inside, underneath the support G.
- Close the oven door and set the thermostat for 200°, selecting the grill function.
- To remove the spit, carry out the inverse procedure, using the knob A and a heat-proof oven glove (fig. 10C); naturally, in order to
do this the support G must be removed from the oven.
