Caution
: Nominal
ballast power must
match nominal lamp
power.

Take lamp by its
base (do not touch lamp
glass with bare hands)
and carefully insert it
into lamp holder (see
picture 10).

Slide lamp-holder
lock home (see pic-
ture 11).

Caution: Risk of
reflector breakage!
If lamp-holder lock
is not engaged, it
will not be possible
to insert lamphouse
into front housing.

Caution: Risk of
damage to lamp
and reflector!
If
lamp or reflector
touch one another,
they may become
damaged by
scratching. This may
create a line of
weakness, leading to
premature failure of
lamp or reflector.

Carefully insert
lamphouse completely
into front housing with a
straight linear move-
ment (see picture 12).
Ensure that lamp's glass
cover is truly central.

To reassemble
lamphead, turn bayonet
socket right (i.e. clock-
wise) until locking pins
slide forward.
Continue turning right.
First, the focus mecha-
nism (see page 52)
reaches its stop position.
Then, after approx. 30°,
the bayonet lock will
engage noticeably and
audibly (see picture 13).
Now, lamphouse is in
place again and
lamphead is ready for
use.
