Una vez que se selecciona el
tiempo que se necesita, pulse el
botón STAR
T (inicio) para empezar
a cocinar. Se encenderá una luz
indicadora COOKING (de cocción)
y la olla a presión comenzará la
cocción.
Una vez que se alcanza el nivel
de presión seleccionado, la olla a
presión hará un pitido y la pantalla
digital comenzará la cuenta regr
esiva
del tiempo de cocción seleccionado
en incrementos de un minuto.

Deje la olla a presión se enfríe y
libere toda la pr
esión antes de
intentar abrir la tapa. Para acelerar
este proceso, mueva de forma
manual el respirader
o de vapor
hacia la posición “OPEN VENT”
(Respiradero abierto).
Una vez que el tiempo seleccionado
ha transcurrido, la olla a presión
hará un pitido y cambiará al modo
“Keep-Warm” (conservar caliente)
automáticamente. El visualizador
digital mostrará las horas que
estuvo en el modo “Keep-Warm”
(conservar caliente), comenzando
en “0H”.
• Puede tomar varios minutos alcanzar el nivel de pr
esión seleccionado.
• Al cocinar bajo pr
esión, la tapa se cierra.
No intente abrir la tapa durante la cocción a presión.
Cuando se presuriza la válvula de aguja, la
tapa se elevará.
• Puede escapar el vapor y un poco de agua de la válvula de aguja mientras se cocina. Esto es normal.

Once the needed time is selected,
press the START button to begin
cooking. The COOKING indicator
light will illuminate and the pressure
cooker will begin cooking.
Once the selected pressure level is
reached, the pressure cooker will
“beep” and the digital display will
begin counting down the selected
cooking time in one minute
increments.

Allow the pressure cooker to cool
and release all excess pressure
before attempting to open the lid.
To speed up this process, manually
move the steam vent to the “OPEN
VENT” position.
Once the selected time has elapsed,
the pressure cooker will “beep”
and automatically switch to
“Keep-Warm” mode. The digital
display will show the number of
hours it has been on “Keep-Warm,”
beginning with “0H.”
• It may take several minutes for the selected pressure level to be reached.
• When cooking under pressure the lid will lock closed. Do not attempt to open the lid while pressure cooking. When pressurized, the
oat valve on the
lid will elevate.
• Steam and some water may escape from the
oat valve while cooking. This is normal. Do not obstruct the
oat valve.
•
Exercise caution when moving the steam vent to the “OPEN” position
. A large amount hot steam will quickly escape once the vent is opened.
• The safety locking mechanisms of this pressure cooker will not allow the lid to be opened while cooker is still pressurized. If the lid does not open
easily, allow the pressure cooker to continue to release steam.
Do not force the lid open.
