6. On the 700, connect the upper and lower coolant

hoses and tighten the clamps securely. On the 500,

secure the coolant hoses to the water pump and ECT

housing.

and a new grafoil seal on the muffler end of the

exhaust pipe; then install the exhaust pipe. Secure

with two exhaust springs and two cap screws tight-

ened to 20 ft-lb.
