13. Hold the intermediate shaft (A) with an Allen
wrench.

14. Remove the intermediate shaft sprocket nut (A);
then remove the sprocket (B), drive chain (C), and
the rear camshaft drive chain (D).

15. Remove the front camshaft drive chain from the
intermediate sprocket (A) on the right side; then
remove the shaft from the engine.

16. Remove the cylinder bolts (B); then remove the
cylinder (A). Account for the base gasket (C) and
alignment pins (D).

17. Place a clean, lint-free cloth under the piston; then
remove the piston pin retainer rings (A).
