Carefully remove AIL adaptor and transparent foil over Air In Line detector plate

Remove front PCB together with air detector plate, make sure the Hall sensor is not
bent or damaged.

Unsolder air detector plate (short circuit before to prevent damage of front PCB) It
is important to short circuit the both halves of the AIL detector plate before the red
and black cable can be unsoldered. Otherwise electric discharges of up to 400 V
are created, destroying the Display PCB.

Solder new detector plate (also short circuit)

Reassemble pump in reverse order

Tools & recommended spare parts:
- Antistatic work place
- 2.5 mm Hex driver
- 5.5 mm socket wrench
- Philips screw driver No. 1
- Pressure Sensor Upstream Kit VP 7000 (98702)
Procedure:
1.
Dismantle Main PCB (5.1)
2.
Dismantle pump block (5.2)
Remove the Front pcb screw
Loosen two fixing screws
Remove white plastic part
