Remove the number plate support, see

REMOVING THE NUM-

BER PLATE SUPPORT).

Grasp the bulb socket (1), pull and take it
out of its seat.

◆

Release the number plate light cable
from the two couplings (2).

◆

Unscrew and remove the two nuts (3).

◆

Remove the number plate light (4).

◆

Correctly position the rear mudguard ex-
tension (5) in its seat.

◆

Mark the three holes (6) with an indelible
felt-tip pen, as indicated in the figure.

◆

Remove the rear mudguard extension
(5).

◆

Using a cross-point screwdriver, press in
correspondence with the marks, in order
to obtain the seat.

WARNING

Proceed with care. Keep your hands
away from the drilling axis.

◆

Drill in correspondence with the three
seats (holes with diameter 5).

◆

Position the rear mudguard extension (5)
correctly in its seat.

◆

Insert the three screws (7) and screw the
relevant nuts, without tightening them.

◆

Make sure that the rear mudguard exten-
sion (5) is positioned correctly.

◆

Tighten the three nuts.

◆

Position the number plate light (4) cor-
rectly on the mudguard extension seat.

◆

Screw and tighten the two nuts (3).

◆

Position the bulb socket (1) correctly in
its seat.

◆

Insert the number plate light cable (2) in
the two couplings.

Put back the number plate support,see
p. 56 (
