Setting the Time and Date
Setting the correct time and date ensures all information is properly recorded and operations begin at the
correct times.
1. Using the menu select arrows, scroll down to the Time & Date menu.
2. Press the right arrow key.
The year flashes.
3. Press on the Edit key then use the arrow keys to set the year.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to set the month and day.
5. Once everything is set, press on the Edit key to validate the date.
6. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to set the hours, minutes, and seconds.
7. Press the Edit key to validate the time.
Adjusting Improper System Time
A message prompting you to adjust the system time is displayed if the controller loses power for more
than five minutes. To ensure accurate feed data, history logs, and other important system information,
you must set the correct time and date whenever prompted.
1. When the Improper System Time message is displayed, navigate to the Time & Date menu using
the menu select arrows.
2. Verify the time and date and adjust them if necessary.
The notification message repeatedly disappears and reappears until the time and date are set.
Using Clean Mode
The clean mode is used to interrupt regular operations of the controller when the room is empty. When
this mode is enabled, the controller fully closes the tunnel curtain, adjusts the position of the air inlet and
provides a minimum level of heat and ventilation (optional). The controller also puts the animal age back
