Variable speed fan
minimum speed
Set the minimum fan speed of each variable fan outputs for stages 2 and above
(this speed does not apply to the minimum ventilation cycles). *This parameter is
accessible if the variable outputs are enabled above
Motor curve
The relationship between the voltage supplied to a motor and its operating speed
is described by a motor curve. This curve varies with the make and capacity of the
motor. To ensure that the controller supplies the correct voltages, an appropriate
curve must be selected according to the type of fan motors used. The table on the
back of the installation guide enclosed with your controller gives the motor curves
used by the different type of fans. Set this curve separately for each variable
output in use
Use outdoor tempera-
ture compensation on
variable stages 1 and
2?
Select
Yes
to use the outside temperature compensation function to influence the
bandwidth of variable fan outputs. *This parameter is accessible if the outside tem-
perature sensor is enabled
Use De-Icing?
Select
Yes
to enable de-icing
Digit display
Select the information to be displayed on the red LED display: T° average temper-
ature, SP static pressure, T°/SP avg temperature & static pressure, T°/I1 avg tem-
perature & inlet position, SP/I1 static pressure & inlet position
Assigning Probes to Outputs
Most of the controller outputs operate according to the average temperature in the room. You must assign
the temperature probes to measure the room temperature.
Before You Begin
NOTE:
A password is required to access this menu.
NOTE:
Only the outputs that have been enabled are available.
1. Using the menu select arrow keys, navigate to
Probe Settings
, and then select the desired output:
• Heater 1–2
• Brooder heater
• 0-10V output 1-2
• Inlet
• Cooling
2. Select the probes that are to be used to control the selected output.
NOTE:
Only the activated probes are displayed.
Assigning Probes to Monitor Ambient Temperature
Most of the controller outputs operate according to the average temperature in the room. You must assign
the temperature probes to measure the room temperature.
1. Using the menu select arrow keys, navigate to
Ambient Temperature
.
2. Press on the down arrow key to select the desired probe.
