Parsley

South American Indians used pineapple poultices to reduce
inflammation in wounds and other skin injuries and suppresses inflammation.

Raspberry
Raspberries are rich in anthocyanin antioxidants and
cell protecting, cancer fighting phytochemicals such as ellagic,
coumaric and ferulic acid.
They also contain fiber, calcium, manganese, vitamins such as A, B, C,
E, fiber and folic acid.
Raspberries have antibacterial, anti-yeast and antifungal properties.
They promote wound healing, heart and liver health.
Spinach
contains iron, chlorophyll, potassium, magnesium, calcium,
folic acid, vitamin C, E and beta-carotene and the antioxidant glutathione.
Thought to be a cancer antagonist.
