2.5.1 Step Back Mode
After selecting the Step Back mode in the Work Mode Setup window, it is possible to
program the machine so that the pallet indexes back to the previous head. This enables you
to cure multiple colors with one flash.
There are two variations of Step Back mode:
•
Step Back – allows you to print on Head 1 > flash on Head 2 > return to Head 1 to
print > flash again on Head 2 > move on to Head 3
•
Multi Step Back – combines multiple: print on Head 1 > flash on Head 2 > return
to Head 1 to print > flash again on Head 2 > print on Head 3 > step back to Head 2
to flash > move on to Head 3, Head 4, etc.
2.5.2 Cycle Mode
When Cycle mode is selected in the Work Mode Setup window, an addition Cycles button is
displayed at the top of the screen. When this button is pressed, a window opens where you
can program up to 8 work sequences.
In the middle, the cycle number is displayed at the top of the window. Use the up and down
arrow keys to toggle between cycles. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on individual
sequences (green=on, grey=off).
In the middle of the window there is a Reset button. It is used to reset the current print
status, allowing you to start printing from the beginning.
