8. Direction – a button to change the direction of the carousel’s rotation. When complete, you
need to rehome/calibrate your machine.
9. Warning time – when you press this button, a numeric keypad will open with the value of the
warning sound length. Changing this will give you more time before moving.
10. Move forward (for calibration purposes) – a button to move the carousel by one index without
lifting the table after the end of the movement.
11. Move home – a button to set the machine to the starting position.
12. Distance offset – when this button is pressed, a numeric keypad will open where you can enter
the value of the distance offset parameter, which is used to set the exact position of the
indexer fork after rotating the carousel by one index.
13. Acceleration – when this button is pressed, a numeric keypad will open where you can enter
the value of the index acceleration parameter in units dependent on the servo drive type. The
higher the value, the faster the indexer is because it will perform more rotations in the same
amount of time.
14. Return acceleration – when the button is pressed, a numeric keypad will open where you can
enter the value of the index return rate parameter of the servo drive.
15. Lift Up Delay – when the button is pressed, a numeric keypad will open where you can enter
the value of the carousel lift delay time in seconds. This time is calculated from the end of the
indexer movement. (Not recommended for Volt machines)
16. Look – pressing this button will open a dialog where you can change the theme of the
background, icon set and language.
17. Touch – when you press this button, an application will open where you can calibrate the
sensitivity of the touchscreen.
