This is a counter showing how many shirts or other pieces of apparel were omitted during
printing by pressing the Skip button at the loading station. By default, the counter is visible
after the machine is started but can be disabled. Both this counter and all others do not
work in Easy Setup mode. To turn the counter on or off, see Turn On/Off the Skip Counters.
2.2.5 Machine Setup and Indexing Window
You can access the machine settings by clicking the Setup button in the upper right of the main
window. A window will appear allowing you to enter the access code. Type 997 and press Enter.
There are machine settings that you will need to change from time to time.
WARNING!
To make any changes, please contact the Anatol service department. After a long period
of use (after 2 to 3 years), it may be necessary to adjust the indexing or distance settings. Choose
the best settings for your device and then check them. Adjust the Home Offset and Distance Offset
value so that the carousel’s smooth motion is maintained and there are no vibrations or noises. We
do not recommend changing the value by more than 10 units at a time. For detailed instructions on
setting the Home Offset and Distance Offset parameters, refer to the section Home and Distance
Offset Setup. Take a picture of the settings displayed on the screen for your records – it may prove
invaluable.
