15. Copy to All
This feature is only available on machines with servo/servo heads. This function allows you to copy
the following parameters from the selected head to every head:
• Print speed
• Flood speed
• Range Limit 1
•
Range Limit 2
In this way, the function makes it easy to prepare the machine for printing. Once you set the
parameters for one head, you can simply copy them to the other heads. To do this:
1. Click the Settings button of the selected head. The screen for the head setting screen will
be displayed.
2. Click the Copy to All button. The parameters of the selected head will be copied to the
other heads.
2.3.1 Rapid Wave Quartz Flash Settings Window
Flash Sockets
The flash sockets on the Volt machines are located on the heads. Insert the plug in the socket
and then tighten it. Be sure to protect electrical wires so that they do not come into contact
with any moving parts of the machine. This could damage the machine.
Remember to set the flash height correctly to avoid damaging the units or the items being
flashed. After connecting and securing the power cables, start up the device.
Rapid Wave flash cures have a Plug and Heat function. This means that they are
automatically detected when attached to a Volt machine. On the press control panel, the
head to which the flash is attached will automatically change to Quartz. To open the flash
settings window, press the settings button associated with the head to set up your unit
entirely.
